Verified grain contacts · USA
Founding seats — 25 only

Forty grain buyers who'll pick up the phone.

Beats forty thousand who won't.

Every month, a short list of verified decision-makers at US grain elevators, co-ops, processors and large row-crop operations. Real email. Real title. Real company. Phone number on most of them.

$149/month
More than 5% bounce? That month's free.
Founding members, first 25 — $99/month locked for life. The first list ships 15 September 2026. We're building it to the standard published below, and we'd rather tell you that than pad a file to look established. Founding price is what you get for backing it early.

The record format

This is what a record looks like.

These five are format examples, not live records — the September list is still being built and verified. We're showing you the shape of what lands in your inbox: every field, including the verification date, and including the ones we leave empty when we don't have the answer.

Note the last row. We don't have a phone number for that one, so it says so. Phone coverage runs 55–70% and we will never tell you it's 100%.

The standard

Seven tests. Miss one and the contact doesn't ship.

Published in full, because a standard you can't read isn't a standard. This is the whole reason the list is short.

  1. The company is in the US grain value chain

Elevator or terminal · co-op with grain handling · merchandiser or trader · feed mill · flour, oilseed or corn mill · ethanol plant · grain-handling ag retailer · row-crop farm over 2,000 acres in wheat, corn, soybean, milo or barley. US only.

  2. The person has budget or veto power

Owner, GM, President, VP/Director of Operations, Elevator Manager, Grain Merchandiser, Grain Originator, Location Manager, Purchasing Manager, CFO/Controller, IT Manager, Safety Manager. Not scale operators. Not seasonal staff. Not interns.

  3. A named human with their own mailbox

First and last name attached. Never info@, sales@, office@, or any shared inbox.

  4. Email verified in the last 30 days

Syntax, domain MX, and SMTP mailbox check. Catch-all domains get flagged, not quietly passed off as verified. Anything ambiguous is dropped rather than shipped.

  5. The company record is complete

Legal company name, HQ city and state, primary commodity. A contact you can't place at a company isn't a lead, it's a row.

  6. Phone where we have it — labelled honestly

Direct line preferred, main line acceptable and marked as such. Every record says direct, main or none. It's a bonus field, not a promise.

  7. Compliant, and dated

Business contact data only. No consumer data, no farm-household data, no scraped personal mobiles. Every record carries a first-verified and last-verified date. Opt-outs come off the roster within 24 hours and are never resold.

The whole roster is re-checked every quarter. Anything that fails comes off — and we publish the removal count each month. A list that never shrinks is a list nobody is checking.
Fit

Worth being clear about who this is for.

Built for you if

  • You sell into grain — software, scales, storage, drying, monitoring, insurance, brokerage, freight, agronomy, finance.
  • Your deals are $8k–$250k, so one close pays for years of this.
  • You have one to ten reps and nobody whose job is cleaning a CSV.
  • You've been quoted five figures by an enterprise data vendor and walked away.

Not for you if

  • You're selling to farmers as consumers. Different data, different rules, not us.
  • You need 5,000 exports a month. That's a database, and we're deliberately not one.
  • You work outside US agriculture.
  • You want a free tier. There isn't one — it'd be paid for by the people who do subscribe.
Pricing

One plan. No seats, no credits, no contract.

$149 /month

or $1,490/year — two months free

  • The full verified roster, from day one
  • 35–50 newly verified contacts added every month
  • Quarterly re-verification of every record
  • Bounce replacement, no questions
  • Cancel whenever. It's a subscription, not a contract.
Founding price — $99/month, locked for life.
First 25 subscribers only. First list ships 15 September 2026 — cancel before then and you pay nothing. The price goes up as the roster grows; yours won't.

No card yet. You won't be charged until the first list ships.

The guarantee

More than 5% bounce? That month is free.

No form, no argument — forward us the bounce report and the charge comes back. We can only offer this because the list is small enough that a human has looked at every record on it. That's the entire trade: fewer contacts, checked properly.

Questions

The ones worth answering.

You're pre-selling. When do I actually get something?

15 September 2026, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing. We're being straight about this rather than dressing up a thin file as a finished product — you're backing a standard, and the founding price is what that's worth. If the first list misses that date, founding members get the delay free.

Where does the data actually come from?

Public state grain warehouse and grain dealer licence registries, co-op and company filings, trade association member rolls, company websites, and direct confirmation. Every record is checked by a person against the seven tests before it ships. Nothing is bought in from a bulk list vendor and resold to you.

Why so few contacts for the money?

Because verification is the cost, not collection. Anyone can hand you 40,000 rows — the rows are nearly free. What's expensive is a person confirming that a named human with buying power is still in that seat and still reading that mailbox. You're paying for the ones we threw away.

Is this CAN-SPAM and CCPA compliant?

It's business contact data for business purposes, which is the intended lane for both. We hold no consumer or farm-household data. Opt-outs are honoured within 24 hours across the whole roster and are never resold. You're still responsible for your own sending practices — an accurate list doesn't excuse a bad sequence.

Do I get the contacts exclusively?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says yes at this price. What you get is a list small enough to be accurate and specific enough that your competitors mostly aren't buying it.

Can I get a custom segment?

Yes, but not on the subscription. Tell us the territory, company type and titles you want and we'll quote a one-off build.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything you've already downloaded is yours to keep. You stop receiving new contacts and re-verification at the end of the billing period. No exit fee, no retention call.
